Dill, also called "Dill Weed", is native to southwest Asia. It is a member of the Parsley family, and grows from 18 to 42 inches tall. The most popular varieties grow 24-36 inches.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS WATER: Water regularly.
FERTILIZER: Add a general purpose fertilizer once or twice a season.
MEDICINAL BENEFITS/APPLICATIONS: Dill herb tea is popular for controlling flatulence. Make the tea by adding 1-2 teaspoons of dried seeds to boiling water. Let it steep for several minutes.
SOIL: Use rich, well drained soil.
DISEASE: Disease problems are uncommon with this plant.
