You may return any item within 48 hours / days of receiving it for an online store credit ONLY.
A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise. No exceptions!
You will be responsible for return shipping costs & packing materials.
If an item is damaged when it is received at our facility, it is your responsibility to file the claim with the shipper and a refund from The Plant Stand of Arizona will not be issued.
Failure to file within 48 hours / days will diminish your chances of receiving breakage credits.
Any product that was altered in store by special request of the customer may not be returned. (Sealant, drilling, etc.)
Holiday, Seasonal, & Sale Items are not returnable.
If you are ever dissatisfied with an order, please contact our customer service, so that we can correct the order to your satisfaction.
Depending on the product line and vendor availability you may be able to special order product that is not available at our facility. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their needs before placing special orders. All special orders require a non-refundable 50% down payment prior to ordering. Once the product is received at our facility and upon your final approval of the product the remainder of cost will be due prior to shipping.
If a definitive pick up time and date is scheduled for your delivery and you find the need to reschedule your delivery, you may be subject to any fees charged by carrier. Please contact us as soon as you know of a change of plan as in most cases your order ships out on the day of your final approval.
Cancellations must be made prior to the departure of your order. ANY Cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% If you cancel while your order is in route, you will be charged the full transport fee and will only be refunded the cost of the product.
