The Plant Stand of Arizona gladly offers industry trade customers a discount on all purchases, with the exception of sale items. In order to qualify for this discount, you must be an Interior Designer, Landscape Contractor, Architect, Florist, or Retailer associated with the Plant or Pottery trade, and you must intend to use the product for resale purposes.
Please review the information below and fill in the provided form. Additionally, you will need to fax or email us with a filled in AZ Form 5000 OR AZ Form 5009L for Transaction Privilege Tax Exemption.
Please allow The Plant Stand of Arizona 3-5 business days to verify this information and set up your account. The discount will not be available until all information is determined to be valid. An item may not be put on hold during this processing period. Discounts will not be applied retroactively to purchases made prior to approval.
Please read the following conditions for opening a wholesale account at the Plant Stand of Arizona. Completing and sending the form below will represent your acceptance of these terms.
Please make sure that whatever you are purchasing will make you and/or your client happy. All returns must be done within 48 hours and will incur a 15% restocking fee.
In the event of a return, all refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
You are welcome to send your customers here without your presence. In that event, we ask that you let us know in advance. This prevents customers from using your wholesale privileges without your knowledge or consent.
We do offer a delivery service. A $750 invoice total is the minimum for us to be able to deliver. Our delivery service is "curbside only". Our insurance policies prohibit us from entering your property to place and set delivered materials. There is a delivery fee based on your distance from our facility, please see below:
0 - 25 miles from our location $175
25 - 50 miles from our location $275
50 - 75 miles from our location $375
75 - 100 miles from our location $575
Deliveries that include large items that are unreasonable for one person to manage are subject to a $50 fee for additional personnel.
To prevent damage to material being delivered, all pottery is palletized and shrink-wrapped. We will charge a refundable fee of $20 for every pallet sent with order. The fee is refundable upon the return of the pallet.
Please be sure to check all delivered product for damages and missing items. Once the delivery paperwork has been signed and the driver departs, you will be responsible for returning any delivered items within 48 hours.
The Plant Stand of Arizona will hold unpaid merchandise for up to 3 calendar days. Unpaid merchandise will be tagged "on hold" and will remain where merchandised. Purchased merchandise will be held for up to 5 calendar days. Paid-for merchandise will be tagged as "sold" and will be removed from the lot and placed in the customer "pick-up" area, which is off-limits to non-employees.
Effective January 1, 2015, the State of Arizona substantially changed the way contractors who maintain, repair, replace or alter existing property pay transaction privilege taxes (sales tax).
On January 1st, contactors who maintain, repair, replace or alter existing property will no longer be exempt from tax on their purchase of materials and will be required to pay the Arizona transaction privilege tax on those materials to The Plant Stand of Arizona. These contractors are considered Service Contractors.
Prime Contractors/Subcontractors who modify real property (includes construction, improvement, movement including removal, wreckage, or demolition activities, to the extent that they cannot otherwise be characterized as maintenance repair, replacement, or alteration activities will continue to be exempt when purchasing construction materials.
It is your responsibility to inform us of your tax privilege, or if it has changed to ensure our customer records are accurate.
